Fall is just around the corner, can you feel it? Maybe you noticed the presence and energy of returning college students filling our building last Sunday! We have been given an incredible ministry opportunity to share the Gospel through the Word with students at The University of Northwestern every Wednesday at chapel. This is Pastor Christopher's third year serving as the Pastor in Residence at UNW. And church, you're part of this too. Here's what we're asking you to do:
1. Pray: Pray for Pastor Chris as he prepares sermons for Vertical and UNW each week. Pray for God's Spirit to move through the proclamation of His Word, transforming and reviving students across campus.
2. Practice hospitality: With this extension of Vertical's ministry at UNW, more students are likely to attend our church. Look for them and welcome them! How may God be leading you to open your heart or home to students?
