We hope you enjoyed your missional Sunday-whether you were at Grand Old Day, your home, or out in your community. I want to share a brief testimony from our Kids Director, Leah Larsen, about how Jesus directed her this past Sunday:
"On Sunday morning I felt prompted to spend time with Jesus hiking at Taylors Falls. I prayed that God would provide an opportunity for me to talk with someone, so after a few conversations that didn't lead anywhere, I passed by a gentleman sitting by a tree looking out at the river. I felt the Spirit nudge me to turn around and tell him, "I don't know where you're at with your faith, but I just feel led to tell you that Jesus loves you." The man appeared to be deeply impacted by this and shared with me that he had just been crying out to God telling Him how much he needed him. I was able to pray with him and invite him to Vertical-praise God!"
